Terms of Service

Effective August 15, 2026

1. The free trial and paid subscription

Eligible new customers are intended to receive a 14-day Harborline software trial, limited to one per customer, business, account, and payment method. A card is required. This offer will not open publicly until Harborline completes final payment and owner-pilot verification.

Harborline is designed to detect carrier approval for the exact account automatically. The 14 days begin only after the customer acknowledges that approval in Harborline, rather than at signup. Approval timing varies and is outside Harborline's control.

Unless you cancel first, the intended subscription renews automatically at $80 per month after the trial ends. There is no Harborline setup fee. No fixed message allowance is promised in this version; any usage limits will be disclosed before purchase.

Phone, messaging, carrier registration, and other third-party costs tied to your own use of the service are separate from your subscription and disclosed before you'd owe them.

2. Cancellation and billing

You can request cancellation from the plan area. Harborline records that request and waits for Stripe confirmation before marking the subscription canceled. If account access isn't available, email [email protected].

Under the intended eligible offer, canceling before the software trial ends prevents the next Harborline software renewal. Once on the paid plan, a current billing period is generally not refunded or prorated when you cancel partway through, unless the law requires otherwise. See the Cancellation policy.

3. Your responsibilities

Harborline helps you prepare and, after approval, send a reply to eligible missed callers using an approved texting sender and wording you control. A call alone must not be treated as consent unless qualified counsel and the applicable provider rules confirm that exact use. You are responsible for accurate information, lawful contacts, valid message-specific consent, required approvals, suppression requests, and access to your account.

4. No guaranteed results

The calculator on our homepage is an illustration based on numbers you enter, not a promise. How many missed calls turn into booked jobs depends on things outside our control — demand, lead quality, how fast you respond, your pricing, your reputation, and more. We do not guarantee a specific outcome.

5. Text messaging

Harborline may send you account-related text messages about setup status, service notices, and support. That messaging is governed by our SMS terms. Messaging your own customers through the product is your responsibility, including consent and compliance — see Section 3.

6. Connecting your existing number

Harborline is not your phone carrier and doesn't replace your business's public number. You must own or be authorized to configure the connected number, approve any carrier routing involved, and complete an owner-only live test before activation. The exact number a customer sees for a text depends on the approved sender architecture and is confirmed during that test.

7. Your data and leads

You own the business data you provide. While active workspace access remains available, authorized owners and administrators can export the lead list as CSV. Other records or post-cancellation access may require a verified support request and remain subject to retention and legal obligations. Uploaded files are stored privately within supported limits; automated classification can be imperfect, so review anything uncertain.

8. Getting set up

Harborline walks an authorized owner through phone routing, sender registration, message review, recipient-local timing, consent controls, and a safe test. Live customer messaging stays off until every applicable launch gate is complete. Setup time depends on carriers and providers and is not guaranteed.

9. Website and content

Content on this site is provided for general information and may be updated at any time. Harborline's name, logo, and branded materials may not be copied or used without permission.

10. No warranty; limitation of liability

Harborline is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Harborline isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Harborline after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
