Cancellation Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
Canceling Harborline is meant to be as easy as signing up. Here's exactly how it works.
1. How to cancel
Open the app, go to Your plan, and request cancellation. Harborline records the request before contacting Stripe and does not mark the subscription canceled until Stripe confirms it. If you can't get into your account, email [email protected] for support.
2. Canceling during your free trial
Under the intended eligible offer, canceling before the 14-day software trial ends prevents the next Harborline software renewal. Phone, messaging, registration, tax, and other third-party costs are separate.
Harborline is designed to detect carrier approval for the exact account automatically. The customer must then acknowledge that approval in Harborline before the 14-day trial begins. This path must pass final Stripe Sandbox and owner-pilot verification before public signup opens.
3. Canceling after your trial ends
Once your subscription has started billing at $80/month, canceling stops the next renewal. The billing period you're currently in is generally not refunded or prorated when you cancel partway through, unless applicable law says otherwise.
4. What happens to your data
Before canceling, an authorized owner or administrator can export the active workspace's lead list as CSV. Your public business number remains with your carrier. After access ends, request a data copy or deletion by email; fulfillment is subject to identity verification, the retention policy, and legal obligations.
5. Reactivating
If you want to return, contact support or use the plan area if it is available. A new subscription may be required. The free trial is intended to be a one-time offer per eligible customer, business, account, and payment method.
