Harborline handles your business number, your customer conversations, and your leads. Here's how that information is protected.

How your data is protected

Encrypted in transitData moving between your browser, Harborline, and our providers is encrypted using TLS.

Separated at the database levelYour workspace records are protected by database-level access rules, not merely hidden by the interface.

Role-based accessOwner and staff accounts have separate permissions, so you control who can see leads, change messages, or manage billing.

Payments

When public billing is enabled, Stripe will handle card entry and payment processing. Harborline's application is designed not to receive or store your full card number; it is entered on Stripe's hosted payment page.

Messaging

Text messaging and phone connectivity run through Twilio's infrastructure, using the same carrier-grade systems companies of all sizes use to send business messages.

Your leads and data

Authorized owners and administrators can export the active workspace's lead list as CSV. We don't sell your data or your customers' information, and SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy policy for the full picture.

If you believe you've found a security issue, please email [email protected] with details. We take reports seriously and will respond promptly. Please give us a reasonable chance to investigate and fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.
