Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Harborline Lead Recovery collects, why we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, free trial, and paid service.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and answers you provide during account setup or support requests. When you connect your existing business number, we collect the information needed to set up and operate that connection. When you subscribe, our payment processor collects your billing details on our behalf (see Section 3).
We also collect basic usage information automatically, like pages visited and general device and browser information, to keep the site working properly.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the service, including connecting your number and sending messages on your behalf
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send account-related messages, such as setup status or service notices
- To respond to support requests and questions
- To improve the product and troubleshoot issues
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Harborline, and only as needed for them to do that job:
- Stripe — processes and stores your payment details. Harborline never sees or stores your full card number.
- Twilio — provides the messaging and phone-connection infrastructure behind the text-back feature.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that keep the site and app running.
If you opt into text messages from Harborline, that opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use minimal, functional cookies to keep the site working and light-touch analytics to understand overall traffic. We don't use this information to build advertising profiles.
5. Data retention
We keep your information as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 6.
6. Your choices
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your information by emailing [email protected], subject to identity verification and legal retention duties. While workspace access is active, authorized owners and administrators can export the lead list as CSV from the app. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected. See our Security page for more.
8. Children's privacy
Harborline is a business tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above.
