Account protection

• Every owner and employee uses an individual account.
• Email verification is required before access.
• Passwords are handled by the authentication provider, not stored in Harborline website files.
• Owners can remove staff access without changing a shared company password.

Business-data separation

Production records are designed to include a business workspace identifier and database row-level access controls. Private files use restricted storage paths. Harborline administrators receive separate audited support access.
