Terms of Service

Starter terms dated July 11, 2026. These terms are not a substitute for legal advice or a signed client agreement tailored to the final service.

These terms apply to the Harborline Lead Recovery website and preliminary audit process. Harborline Lead Recovery is a service name used by Trevor Owens. Paid client work should also be governed by a separate written service agreement.

Free audits

A free audit is an informational review based on the information available. It is not a guarantee of revenue, bookings, lead volume, compliance, or business performance.

Paid services

Pricing, scope, timing, responsibilities, platform costs, messaging costs, and support terms will be stated in a written proposal or agreement. Work begins after the required payment, information, permissions, and approvals are received.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate information, lawful contact lists, proper consent, business approvals, account access, staff actions, service quality, customer communications, and compliance obligations specific to their business.

No guarantee

Results depend on factors outside the service provider’s control, including demand, lead quality, staff response speed, pricing, reputation, availability, customer behavior, platform performance, and legal compliance. No exact result is promised.

Website and content

Website materials are provided for general information and may be updated. Unauthorized copying or misuse of branded materials is prohibited.

SMS terms

If you opt into SMS support or audit updates, messages may include audit status, service notifications, scheduling, support, and related non-marketing information. Message frequency varies.
