Harborline will confirm the cancellation by email. No cancellation call is required.
Future renewals stop
If a payment has already processed, the cancellation stops future renewals. The current paid service period is generally not prorated unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
Connected software accounts remain yours.
Harborline will provide reasonable transition information and remove its access after the engagement ends, subject to the signed service agreement and any outstanding approved charges.
