Harborline does not begin implementation until the scope is confirmed, the service agreement is signed, the initial payment is complete, and the required role-based account invitations are received.

The approved signer receives a client-specific Master Service Agreement and Order Form through a secure electronic-signature provider.
After signing, the client receives hosted card and PayPal options showing the setup charge, first month, renewal amount, and cancellation terms.
After payment, the client receives a system-specific checklist explaining which separate user or manager invitations to send. Harborline never asks for master passwords by email.
Harborline configures the approved workflow, drafts messages, obtains approval, tests the system, confirms launch, and starts the first paid management period.
