Give eligible missed callers a clear way to reply.
After your phone route, registered texting sender, consent process, and safety test are approved, Harborline can queue the exact reply you approved. Customer responses stay in one short list.
Keep your public business number · Carrier setup required · No setup fee
What could one recovered job be worth?
illustrative annual job value using your inputs and a fixed 25% assumption — not measured Harborline results or a forecast.
A connected call. One approved reply. Clear safety gates.
A call comes in and you can't answer
You're on a roof, under a sink, driving. Your number stays exactly as it is.
An eligible missed call enters the safe queue
Only calls Harborline receives through a connected, tested route qualify. The reply uses wording you approved, includes opt-out language, and waits through the configured delay.
You reply when you're free
If the customer replies, their answer appears in one short list. You decide what happens next and record any booking or revenue yourself.
Texting back is easy. Knowing what happened next is the hard part.
Harborline keeps replies, owner-recorded bookings, and owner-confirmed revenue distinct. It does not treat possible job value as money earned.
Confirmed revenue, kept separate
Possible job value never gets counted as money earned. Missed calls, replies, bookings and owner-confirmed revenue are four different numbers, each with a plain-English definition.
Attachments and links remain controlled
You can prepare supported media or a booking link. Actual delivery is subject to sender approval, file limits, carrier support, and a completed live test.
One text, not a drip campaign
The launch design allows one approved reply for an eligible missed call, not a marketing sequence. A later conversation still depends on consent and customer replies.
Live sending stays gated
Automatic replies stay off until sender registration, consent settings, recipient time-zone proof, account access, and a safe live test are complete. A workspace pause can stop queued real sends.
Recipient-local timing is mandatory
Real messages stay inside Harborline's recipient-local 9 a.m.–8 p.m. safety window. Your settings can make that window narrower, but cannot open late-night delivery.
Nothing here is hard to walk away from.
You keep your public business number. While account access is active, an authorized owner or administrator can export the lead list. There is no setup fee or long-term contract. Cancellation is available from the plan area; support is the fallback if account access is unavailable.
Harborline software: $80 per month.
Eligible new customers place a card on file. Harborline is designed to detect carrier approval for the exact account automatically, then require the customer to acknowledge it before the 14-day software trial begins. Phone, messaging, registration, tax, and other third-party costs are separate and must be disclosed before launch.

Straight answers.
Do I get a new phone number?
You keep the public business number your customers already know. Harborline does not replace your carrier or take ownership of that line. Carrier routing and a separate registered texting sender may be required, and the exact customer-visible sender must be confirmed during the live test.
What if I answer the call normally?
An answered call should not queue a missed-call reply. This must be proven for the exact carrier route during the owner-only live test before customer activation.
Can I change what the text says?
Yes. Harborline prepares a conservative starting message, but it remains off until an authorized owner reviews the exact wording, confirms the compliance settings, and completes the required sender and safety checks.
When does the free trial actually start?
For an eligible new account, Harborline is designed to detect approval for the exact texting setup automatically. The customer must then acknowledge the approval in Harborline before the 14-day software trial begins. Timing varies by carrier; this billing path must pass its final Stripe Sandbox and owner-pilot checks before public signup opens.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my leads?
Cancel from the plan area, with support as a fallback if you cannot access the account. Export the lead list before canceling while authorized app access is active; later access or deletion requests go through support and the retention policy.
Start with a controlled setup.
Carrier routing, sender registration, consent review, and a safe owner-only test must finish before real customer messaging is enabled.
